Interviews

Discussions with users and subject matter experts about the current application experience, potential opportunities, and the needs of the target users.

User Personas

Workshops

Through journey maps and collaborative discovery, we uncovered multiple pain points through the application. These included unused content, multi-step processes scattered across various sections, and changing the settings of certain pages on a separate page.
