A 15-year-old website was failing to meet the expectations of Enterprise Rent-a-Car’s customer base. With disruptors like Turo and Zipcar entering the arena, Enterprise needed to redesign their customer experience.
Approach
A team of UI designers, UX designers, and strategists designed a new interactive visual identity and evolved wireframes into next level detailed designs. Together we built a new path for people to identify the right vehicle match for them.

Expansion
We applied this process across the entire site. This included navigation, account pages, the booking flow, promotional pages, and pop-up modals.
