Farm managers keep their business data scattered across multiple digital and physical sources. This slowed down their workflow and made mandatory audits take up a significant amount of their time. They wanted a place to house everything to speed things up.
Approach
As the design consultant, I guided the client team through the process of identifying the core issue, uncovering the optimal user experience, and partnering with product and engineering teams through a successful launch.

Built on the foundation of Material. Utilized variables and components to accelerate build time and control consistency. Created detailed usage and layout guidelines to establish universal understanding and agreement.
High Fidelity Designs
The user interface and interaction designs build upon the foundation that was built to ensure the product is intuitive and efficient while also making it aesthetically pleasing.
PRODUCT LAUNCH
Storygrooming Support
Program Managers were looped in from the Ideation process onward. I worked closely with them as they groomed their stories to guarantee they align with all discovered user needs.
Development Support
Design files were set up for developers to have what they need to do their work. A Design System was created for consistency and FAQs. Any other needs were directly handled by me in a timely manner to remove blockers.
Expansion
This same process was applied to multiple features across CropSights including Overall Health, Regulatory Compliance, and REI/PHI Tracking
